The following are the terms and conditions under which rooms are sold:
LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO GUESTS' PROPERTY AND PERSONAL INJURY:
KENYA COMFORT HOTEL / HOTEL SUITES accepts the liability of an Innkeeper at common law as modified by the Hotel and Restaurants Act 1971, Laws of Kenya and subsequent amendments there to.

| 1. |
Liability: The management is not liable for any injuries nor losses to the residents, and/or their visitors and servants regardless of the circumstances surrounding the loss or injury whatsoever on the premises. This includes any mishap or losses through the usage of the swimming pool. Residents are advised to look after their valuables. Kenya Comfort Hotel / Hotel Suite's liability is limited within the framework of an Innkeeper at common law as modified by the Kenya Hotels and Restaurants Act of 1971, Laws of Kenya. No liability whatsoever for cars parked within the premises will be undertaken. |

General Liability: In lieu of any condition or liability complied by Law, the liability of Kenya Comfort Hotel / Hotel Suites (called the Hotel) in respect of any defect or failure in service supplied or damage attributable thereto is limited to making good by replacement or refund (at the hotel discretion) of only the service provided by the hotel. Any complaints must be made within two days of service rendered in writing. |

Shortages & Lift Operations: Management is not liable in any manner whatsoever for any water, electricity shortages and inconvenience derived from failure of lift operations. |

| 4. |
Settlement of Bills (Payment in Advance): Bills must be paid upon presentation. Cheques are not accepted unless prior arrangement is made with the management. With regard to room accommodation, our Policy is as follows:
a) full payment prior to moving into room.
b) that guest (s) make payment in advance by midday in the event of extension of stay. |

Default: In case of default in payment of dues, the management shall have a lien over the luggage and belongings of the defaulter and shall detain the same and proceed to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the defaulter and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards amount owned by the defaulter. |

Personal Obligation: I agree that my liability for the stay at KENYA COMFORT HOTEL / HOTEL SUITES is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of the charges. I also agree to abide by the rules and regulations of KENYA COMFORT HOTEL / HOTEL SUITES which has been read, received, and understood by me. |

Occupancy Terms:
a) Daily Stay: For Night stay Guests, normal check-in time is 2:00 p.m. In exceptional cases, an earlier check-in time of 10:00 a.m. may be granted. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. but a latest checkout time of 11:00 a.m. may be granted. For Night stay Guests, should a guest have full breakfast on the day of the check-in, an earlier check-in time of 7:00 a.m. will be granted. For Day Room stay Guests, normal check-in time is 10:00 a.m.
Checkout time is latest 6:00 p.m. for Day Room Stay.

Telephone Billing: The billing will be done as per the computer printouts and no complaints will be entertained regarding the billing. NB: A phone call is billed after 25 seconds from lifting of handset. |

Right of Management: Management reserves the right of admission to any person to the premises. Guest's visitors (non-hotel residents) are not allowed in guest rooms without registration at the Front Office. Guests may meet their visitors in the hotel's public areas. |

| 10. |
Access to Room: Management and employees are permitted to enter any room in the ordinary course of duty to view the condition of the premises and to execute all necessary repairs and work. |

| 11. |
Extra Guest (s): If a hotel resident wishes to bring an extra night guest or guests, they should register the guest(s) at the Reception and make full payment of room accommodation for the guest (s) before moving to the room (s). |

| 12. |
Privy of Contract: For in-house guest (s) the accommodation contract is between the guest (s) and / or their agents on one hand and the hotel (KENYA COMFORT HOTEL / HOTEL SUITES) on the other hand. This contract gives certain rights and obligations to both parties. These rights and obligations are not transferable to any other party who is not privy to the contract. |

Restricted Occupancy:
(a) For Suites: Maximum occupancy is restricted in each type of suite: Studios, Suites and One Bed roomed Suites - two adults and
one child (Child considered Age 12 and younger.) Two Bed roomed Suites - four adults and two children, Three Bed roomed
Suites - six adults and three children. If additional persons occupy apartment, an additional charge of twenty percent (20%) per
Person rental will be levied for monthly stay guests.
(b) For Hotel: Maximum occupancy is restricted in each type of room: Single Rooms -One Pax, Double / Twin - Two Pax, Triple /
Executive Family - Three Pax, Quadruple / Executive Apartment - Four Pax. |

Room Keys: In-house / staying guests are informed to leave keys at the Reception whenever they move out of the hotel premises. This is important for the security of both the guests' belongings in the rooms and the hotel at large. On checkout, please surrender your key (s) at the Reception. |

Conservation: Guests are advised to conserve both water and electricity. |
|

| 16. |
Regulations: Guests are required to adhere to regulations given by the management to control use of the swimming pool, car parking, common areas and entrances and exits to the premises. Regulations include controls on noise pollution and respect of other people in public areas. Residents are not permitted to display any washing or laundry on the verandas, windows or exterior of the premises. Guests may be permitted by the management to use the pool at an extra charge. Swimming hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily. Car parking subject to availability and at your own risk. |

Alterations: Alterations or additions to the premises without the previous written consent of the management are not allowed. |

| 18. |
Damage to Property: Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to property of the hotel caused by themselves, their friends or any of their visitors. |

| 19. |
Weight restrictions: Guests may not put any article, which would create a stress on the floor or the premises greater than five hundred pounds weight per square foot. |

| 20. |
Elevator: Usage of lift is solely for the use of hotel guests. Permitted additional personal luggage allowed is 40.0 Kgs. maximum. |

| 21. |
Cooking: No cooking is allowed in guestrooms, except for suites with kitchen. Any open or internal combustion fire including any form of gas cookers and appliances are not allowed to be used within the guest rooms. Only electrical cookers are allowed to be used in the suites with kitchen. |

| 22. |
Pets: Management does not allow any pets on premises. |
|
|
| 23. |
Government Rules and Regulations: Guests are requested to observe Government Rules and Regulations in force with respect to registration, firearms, etc. |
|
|
| 24. |
Amendment of Rules: The Management reserves to itself the right to add to, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules. |
